Terms and Conditions for Viewlytics

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Viewlytics’ SDK, dashboard, and related services (“Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service solely for internal business purposes. You must not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the SDK
- Use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users
2. SDK Integration and Data Capture
You are responsible for:
- Integrating the SDK into your app correctly
- Ensuring that any screenshots captured do not include sensitive or personal data
- Notifying your app users as necessary about data capture in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
3. Ownership
All rights in the SDK and Service belong to Viewlytics. You retain ownership of any content or screenshots you upload.
4. Availability and Updates
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or suspend features as necessary for maintenance or security.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the Service and deleting your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewlytics shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access or use
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viewlytics from any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund—no questions asked.
After the 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be provided for partial months of service. Cancellations will stop future billing but do not result in refunds for the current billing cycle.
